Mortal Kombat XL Announced

NetherRealm Studios has announced a new version of Mortal Kombat X, which has been titled Mortal Kombat XL.

Mortal Kombat XL will include all of the original content from the title’s initial release, and will also contain all of the DLC released for the game. The re-release will also include the upcoming Kombat Pack 2, which will feature entirely new fighters and new skins for the previous characters.

Originally released last year, Mortal Kombat X continued the storyline started in the 2009 reboot to the Mortal Kombat series, as well as introducing new characters and villains into the series’ universe.

Mortal Kombat XL will be released for retail and digitally on March 1st in North America and March 4th in Europe. The title will be made available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
