The Division cancels its connecting app

The Division was one of the most impressive games shown at this year’s E3. With teamwork and tactical gameplay the game was set to have a companion app to help with these maneuvers. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Confirmed by IGN, the app was canceled due to creating an “imbalance.” With it players were supposed to be able to come in as a drone to any game. From there they could send strategic advice to their friends or just act as a troll and mess everybody up. Either way, this is no longer an option now.

The Division will be released for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 8th, 2016.

    LOL. The Division most impressive.

    Cuphead gets that title.

    • I think that’s Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that deserves it.

They’re both unique in their own ways but Cuphead isn’t a sequel to a well known franchise.

Cuphead is a throwback game to 30s cartoons. Something you don’t see everyday.

        • Indeed, though I am a big Deus Ex fan but Cuphead’s always interested me since I first saw it.
