Valve’s Chet Faliszek will be one of the prominent figures from the gaming industry to be hosting a developer session at next year’s EGX Rezzed, the UK-based gaming convention has confirmed.
Rezzed, however, said that Faliszek’s content for his developer session “is under wraps for now,” but they did state that more information would be revealed in January 2015.
Faliszek co-wrote well-known titles such as Portal, Half-Life 2: Episode One and Half-Life 2: Episode Two, while he served as the lead writer on the survival horror title Left 4 Dead.
“Current self happy to see my Rezzed talk announced. Future self-preparing to regret this whole talk thing,” Faliszek tweeted.
According to EGX Rezzed’s website, 19 titles have been currently confirmed for the show floor of the gaming convention, including Afro Samurai 2: Revenge of Kuma, Broforce, Gratuitous Space Battles 2 and Heat Signature.

Running from March 12th to March 14th, 2015, EGX Rezzed will coincide with the BAFTA Games Awards at London’s Tobacco Dock, with the partnership announced earlier this year by leading business firm Gamer Network.
