Did you use to own a Xbox 360 with a unique design on it, and now looking at your new shiny PS4 you think that’s it looks rather plain? Or are you a long time PlayStation owner who was always jealous of the customisable Xbox’s console designs? If this is the case you are in luck, Sony, through PlayStation blog has announced that they will be selling limited edition faceplate so that you can customize your PS4. This initiative, known as Project Skylight will allow for a PS4 owner to purchase a faceplate for the console from a variety of designs. As this project is in its early stages only two designs are available right now. Below is a picture of the current designs.
Sony has stated that these will not be the only faceplate’s that they will offer and that there will be more available in the near future along with some other customisation options for the console.
