Publisher 2K Sports has uploaded a promotional video on YouTube to mark the recent release of WWE 2K15 in North America on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with it featuring none other than WWE superstar Big Show.
During the Q&A session, Big Show, real name Paul Wight, was asked whether he would like to feature in another gaming series than the WWE franchise, and the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion said he’d “love” to be in a Gears of War game.
“Sure, I’d love to be in a Gears [game],” he said. “It’d be cool to be in a Gears of War. I could dig that.”
Big Show, however, went on to compare his character with Augustus Cole, AKA Cole Train, and the wrestler even claimed his would be “like a better version of Cole Train or something.” Additionally, Big Show even took the opportunity to do a spin on one of Cole’s famous catchphrases, which can be checked out at the 3-minute mark in the video.

The Gears of War franchise is in the hands of Microsoft after they acquired the rights from Epic Games earlier this year. Black Tusk Studios is currently responsible for developing the first installment in the franchise since Gears of War: Judgment in 2013, with Rod Fergusson, the producer on the original Gears trilogy, having assumed the role of Black Tusk Studios’ studio manager.
Last month, Stephanie McMahon, WWE chief brand officer, explained in a promotional video how “2K is an incredible partner for WWE,” while adding that this year’s installment “represents the WWE universe impeccably.”
WWE 2K15 will launch in Europe on November 21st for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
