It has been reported that numerous Russian gaming websites are confirming that Hideo Kojima has announced the release date for the PC version of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.
VG247 is reporting that Kojima made the announcement during a Russian gaming convention called IgroMir 2014, and that the release date for the PC port of Ground Zeroes was revealed to be December 18th.
Though Konami has yet to confirm these reports, there is some credit to the rumor. VG247 notes that Russia is said to have one of the largest PC communities in the world and announcing the release date for a PC version of a Metal Gear title in a convention in said location would be a great marketing move.
With many Russian websites reporting this as having happened, time will tell on whether this rumor has some truth to it.
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes was released earlier this year on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. During Gamescom 2014, Hideo Kojima confirmed that both Ground Zeroes and the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain would become available to PC users via Steam in the near future.
