Gamers rejoice! An announcement on the Playstation Blog revealed that starting today, you can stream a variety of Playstation games, on your Playstation 3, through the Playstation Now beta. After being on the Playstation 4 for a little over a month now, the service is now expanding to their older home console.

It will now be possible to stream over 150 games on your PS3 through the service, with the promise that the library will grow over time. Games available through the service includes God of War: Ascension, Ultra Street Fighter 4 and inFamous. A variety of different renting options will be included in the beta, with most games allowing options to rent for a week for less than a dollar a day.

Sony also announced that they are being responsive to feedback through the Playstation 4 beta. They announced that the prices of various 4-hour rental prices have been reduced in response to player outcries that the pricing was too expensive. Sony also stated that they are still working on developing a subscription model for the service.

Sony plans on expanding their service to the Vita, various smart phones, and select smart TV’s. If you want to give feedback to Sony and their Playstation Now service, feel free to try some games out on either of their home platforms. Have you already tried the PS Now service?
