Hideo Kojima’s Metal Gear Solid franchise (and practically any game or series he has worked on in any form or fashion) is known for its occasionally outlandish, sometimes downright ludicrous Easter eggs. Kojima’s latest games, P.T. (Silent Hills teaser) and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain are no exception to this trend.
A video released by YouTube channel, TheGrateDebate, features some hilariously horrifying footage from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain‘s gameplay demo from this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
The video demonstrates how Snake (i.e. the player) can use an “Active Decoy” item to distract, lure, and/or manipulate enemies in the environment.
However, in this case, whenever the players uses the active decoy item, Lisa, the terrifying apparition from P.T. appears where the decoy item was thrown, no doubt forcing any enemies in the surrounding area to immediately void their bowels.
Nevertheless, it’s entertaining at the least, utterly horrifying at the most. There’s no telling whether or not this particular P.T. and Metal Gear Solid cross-over will carry over into the full release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but personally, I wouldn’t put anything past Kojima-san.
(Gamer Tip: Never put anything past Hideo Kojima. Ever. Also, never get your hopes up – Metal Gear Collection 2014, my ass.)
Watch the video after the break.

What are your thoughts on Lisa from P.T. making an appearance in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain? Is it hilarious or terrifying? Do you think that this P.T. – Metal Gear Solid V mash-up will be in the full release of The Phantom Pain? Why or why not?
