Reddit user, Skruggle, has posted a sampling of new images apparently showcasing new areas and environments that will be used for upcoming DLC for Bungie’s recently released game, Destiny, on the game’s subreddit.

Take a look the images and read more details after the break.

Not much is known about the areas and environments seen in the above images, however, speculation points to the possibility of them being used in a future raid, similar to the Vault of Glass.  Much like the aforementioned Vault of Glass, the content will most likely be free.

In response to the question, “How did you find this?” the original poster of the thread stated:

“You can glitch out of the map on Cosmodrome, and get in here. There’s a dead Ghost in here too”

This method of glitching into blocked-off areas of Destiny was also present in the game’s beta, as you can see in the video below:

Read what other Reddit users had to say about Destiny’s new DLC area/environment images below:

“So the environment is completely textured and ready to go into, but its just sealed off? I guess I’m paying for an area that’s already in the game.”

“This is most likely “free” content they’ll release soon, not paid DLC. Most likely a raid. Just like how the Vault of Glass was already on the disc. If given more time, someone probably would have found a way to glitch into the VoG before that was released. One of the areas OP showed is even called another Vault. Probably the next raid.”

What are your thoughts on the images of Destiny‘s new DLC areas and environments? Are you looking forward to playing in them? Why or why not?
