It is said that Apple will release their newest models for the tablet market. These models are known to be the newest version of the iPad Air and the iPad Mini 2. Nonetheless, the release of these two devices has not yet been confirmed. The iPad Air

It offers a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and has 264 ppi. Its dimensions are 240 x 169.5 x 7.55mm. This device is available in two variants. The first one is the 4G variant that weighs 478 grams. The other one is the WiFi variant that weighs a little less with its 469 grams weight.

The iPad Air is available in four variants of internal storage – 16, 32, 64 and 128 GB. It has a RAM of 1 GB, which is already enough in order to support its processor, which is the dual core 1.3 GHz  Cyclone (ARM v8-based, to run as fast as possible.

The iPad Mini 2 With Retina Display

The display of this iPad Mini 2 with Retina Display is only 7.2 inches. It is clearly smaller than the iPad Air. Though it has smaller display, it has higher pixel density considering it has 326 ppi. Its dimensions are 200 x 134.7 x 7.5 mm. It is also available in two variants. The first one is the 4G variant that weighs 341 grams while the other one is the WiFi variant that weighs 331 grams. It is also available in 16, 32, 64 and 128 GB internal storage with 1GB of RAM. It is also powered with the dual core 1.3 GHz Cyclone (ARM v8-based) and features front and rear cameras with the same resolution of the iPad Air’s cameras.
