Club Nintendo September Game Rewards Announced (Updated)

Update: Nintendo has re-added Kirby Super Star for Wii U’s Virtual Console at the price of 200 coins.

Original Story: The North American Club Nintendo website has been updated with a new batch of game rewards.

Nintendo has updated their Club Nintendo website for the month of September with a collection of new game rewards gamers can download. Starting today members of the site can exchange their Club Nintendo coins for the following games:

  • Mario Bros (Wii U Virtual Console for 200 coins)
  • Super Mario Bros. (3DS Virtual Console for 200 coins)
  • The Legend of Zelda (3DS Virtual Console for 200 coins)
  • Touch Solitaire (3DS eShop for 150 coins)
  • Art Style: PICTOBiTS (3DS eShop for 200 coins)
  • Super Punch-Out!! (Wii Virtual Console for 250 coins)
  • NES Play Action Football (Wii Virtual Console for 200 coins)

Also, a reminder that the games listed for the Wii’s Virtual Console can also be used on the Wii U through the system’s Wii Mode, which can give you access to the Wii Shop Channel.

Another interesting note to mention is that Kirby Super Star for Wii U’s Virtual Console (cost: 200 coins) was originally listed as one of the September game rewards but was mysteriously removed shortly after. It is unknown if this was a site error on Nintendo’s part or if the game will return sometime soon.

All of the games listed above are available to download from now until October 12th, using the coins that members of Club Nintendo can earn by registering games through the club’s website.

And once again I’m feeling underwhelmed.

The Club Nintendo Catalog is at an all time low right now. What happened, NOA?

  • I was able to pick up Kirby Super Star before they removed it the first time… now I don’t feel special since they re added it…
