Amy “A young woman bound by silence” trailer announces Amys arrival for Soul Calibur Lost Swords

Today on YouTube, Bandai Namco EUROPE released the Amy “A young woman bound by silence” trailer, which has announced Amys arrival in Bandai Namco’s free-to-play Soul Calibur Lost Swords.

Amy is a long running and fan favourite character in the Soul Calibur series, and she’s bringing her rapid piercing rapier skills and teeth with her into Soul Calibur Lost Sword. That’s not all Amy is bringing with her either, because she’s also bringing her Soul Crush move from Soul Calibur 4, and costume from Soul Calibur 4 and 5.

Based on the Amy "A young woman bound by silence" trailer, Amy won't be too affected by the changes made to the combat.

Amy looks like she’s going to be a fun character to play as,  and will be the character of choice for players who are looking for both speed and finesse in their characters fighting style. However your going to have to unlock her firs,t and like every character before her that means you’ll have to play through her Event Quest first.

Soul Calibur Lost Swords is a strictly single-player free-to-play game in the long running Soul Calibur series. The game brings some tweaks to the series classic gameplay style including the removal of the series ring out mechanic, and the return of Soul Calibur 4’s armour breaking mechanic.

In it you’ll be fighting your way through Quest Mode to earn weapons and armour to equip your custom characters with.

Three classic Soul Calibur characters are available to play as when you start the game, but the rest can only be unlocked by playing through their Event Quests, just like your going to have to do with Amy.

The game has micro-transactions too which will allow you to buy weapons, armour and remove the games playtime limit. It’s because of these microtransactions that Soul Calibur Lost Swords doesn’t have a multiplayer mode.

While Amy did start off as a clone to another Soul Calibur regular Raphael, as the series went on she developed her own twist to the fighting style and is now more popular than Raphael himself.

The Amy “A young woman bound by silence” trailer announced Amys arrival into Soul Calibur Lost Swords but she’s not the last character due out for Lost Swords, as Bandai Namco plan to bring the whole cast to Lost Swords eventually.

If you want it learn out more about the game, then you should check out its official website.
