P.T., a title developed by 7780s Studio and shown earlier today during Sony’s press conference at Gamescom, has been revealed to be a new Silent Hill title, with none other than Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima and film director Guillermo del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth and The Orphanage) working on the project together.

Norman Reedus, who portrays Daryl Dixon on AMC’s critically acclaimed The Walking Dead, is the male lead in the title, which is revealed at the end of the teaser when he turns to face the camera.

Twitch user SoapyWarpig finished the “interactive teaser” available for PlayStation users to download on the PlayStation Store, with the ending saying there is “no direct relation to the main title” from the actual teaser.

Developed by Kojima Productions and running on its all-powerful Fox Engine — which is what Hideo Kojima’s open-world title, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, will be running on — the official title of the game is revealed at the end of the credits as ‘Silent Hills.’
