Enemy Front will not be coming to Xbox one or PS4

by GH Staff

CI Games, the creator of games such as Sniper 2 and Alien Rage will not be bringing their new and upcoming WWII shooter Enemy Front to either of the next-gen consoles. Steve Hart, the executive producer for the game explained why in an interview with Examiner.

Enemy Front has had a fairly long development cycle with the start of the project occurring well before new generation hardware was really being worked on.”

Enemy Front is a FPS set during WWII. Said to have sandbox gameplay and to play similar to Call of Duty, this game should give you the freedom you desire. Playing as an American Journalist, Robert Hawkins, you find yourself covering stories and fighting your way through: France, Germany, Norway and Warsaw. Though the game is only set to release for consoles (the lack of PC support may set them back in sales), they’re still optimistic about the whole situation. They’ve powered the whole thing with the Cryengine technology — I imagine that will help.

Enemy Front will be coming out this summer for the Xbox 360, PC and PS3. For more news and updates about Enemy Front, make sure to stay tuned to GamerHeadlines.
